As a welcome start to 2017, we added lots of new features to Jump Send. But this was just the beginning. We have since also made some more awesome changes to help you grow your Amazon business with Jump Send.
Namely, we squashed a few bugs, created a few new autofill tags for your email campaigns, created a ‘Report Sellers’ section and added customizable invoices to help ease your tax worries.
Let’s take a look at these in more detail.
There were a few odd bugs throughout the month, causing templates to appear differently than the email sent to users. Not good, so we fixed it! Your preview templates now show exactly what the customer will get in their inbox. That way you can be sure it looks the way you want it to look.
You asked, and we made it happen – now you can customize autofill tags!
Look for the small pencil icon next to the tag name, and you will be able to edit what text is written there and what is seen by your customers. Now you have even more control to customize and make your campaigns the very best!
We also added the autofill tag for the product review link.
Why is this cool? Now you can insert your product image or some blank stars for people to click on right in your campaign. This will encourage more people to click through to your review page.

Report Sellers Button
At times, there have been some sellers taking advantage of our platform. This was affecting everyone, from sellers to buyers/reviewers. So we created a quick way for you to let us know about it.
Simply click the ‘Report Sellers’ link below the products percentage-off and let us know if you think the seller is posting a false product they do not intend to sell.
We take this new feature very seriously, so only report sellers if you truly think they are fraudulent.
This helps us investigate fake listings quicker than ever, and improves the trust you’ve put in us to have real products listed on our site. Win-Win-Win!
You can be ready for tax season with less effort than ever now. That’s because we’ve added customizable invoices to help you input the exact information your invoice needs.
One click in your billing section, and all invoices will be updated with your company’s details. Download and file for tax season. Easy peasy!
