Director of Marketing
The director of marketing must develop and implement the right marketing strategy. Strong leapdership skill is required. Ability to roll up the sleeves and getting it done is a must. We need to achieve 100% success in the following area:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the new product for the end-users, for IT, and for decision makers
- Announce to the market the tremendous impact and benefits of Oxygen. Create the right messaging and differentiation in the respective market.
- Generate awesome awareness & sign-ups in all the key verticals and business development channels
- Drive massive user and subscriber adoption

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
- MBA degree preferred
- At least 5 years of enterprise software or SaaS marketing experience preferred

Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for an exceptional Technical Support individual who can solve critical issues for our users and help our users to use the solution effectively. The goal of the Technical Support Engineer is to generate 100% user & client customer satisfaction. This important individual will be involved in both supporting the current file transfer service & the new Oxygen product, and will be at the front line working on cutting edge technology and interfacing directly with our valued user base and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical user & client administrator support via the web, phone, live chat, email, forum, & community
- Ensure successful client service deployment, including technical product integration, ex LDAP/AD integration & desktop client/Outlook plug-in corporate roll-out
- Write client service blogs, announcing new feature enhancements, latest fixes, & cool product usage scenario’s
- Create updated knowledge base articles & training documentations, organizing available support resources to optimize initial account setup completion & client service experience
- Generate reporting & analysis on support statistics. Document all support responses and feature requests/feedback
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base resources, client service blog’s and keep all information updated & current
- Drive to constantly improve the technical support process & client service experience, ensuring systematic and immediate response to all support requests in an organized & efficient process
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Min. BS or BA
- 2-4 years of IT Help Desk enterprise customer support experience
- Remote trouble-shooting experience via WebEx, phone, email, chat etc.
- Knowledge of desktop software and/or email messaging systems, ex. Outlook Exchange
